Eucerin UreaRepair Soothing Emollient 5% Urea is an intensive moisturizer designed for dry, rough skin. It provides immediate relief from dry skin, with hydration that lasts up to 48 hours. This lotion smooths dry, rough skin with its unique combination of ingredients, including urea, ceramides, and natural moisturizing factors (NMFs). When the body’s skin barrier is stable, it protects against external aggressors and maintains optimal moisture levels. However, when this barrier is impaired, skin can lose moisture, becoming dry and rough. This lotion helps restore the skin barrier by locking in moisture and preventing further moisture loss. This formula has been clinically and dermatologically tested and shown to provide immediate relief and intense, long-lasting hydration, delaying dryness and roughness for up to 48 hours. It is suitable for mature and/or diabetic skin and can also be used as an additional treatment.
